By the job, based on the wall footage, the number of cells and beams, the wall height, and where the site is relative to our Silver Springs yard. Most house stem walls fall into a predictable range. Send us the plan or the wall footage and we'll price it for your bid.
What mix should I order for pumped block fill?
Grout mix or a pea-gravel pump mix, ordered pumpable. We'll confirm the exact spec and slump with you before you call the plant, so nothing shows up that won't flow through the line or into the cells.
Can you fill in lifts on a tall wall?
Yes. Tall stem walls and commercial walls get filled in lifts with time between them so the block isn't overloaded. We plan that with you up front so the ready-mix timing works.
Do you do the masonry too, or only the pumping?
We pump for masonry crews, and we also pour the footings and slabs that go with the block. If you need a complete foundation package with pumping included, ask and we'll price it as one job.
