Commercial concrete lives and dies by the schedule. When the slab pour slips, the framers, the erector, the plumber and the electrician all slip with it, and the general contractor is on the phone. We build our commercial work around that reality: firm dates, a crew sized for the pour, concrete ordered right, and a line pump on site so truck access never becomes the reason a pour didn't happen.
The work we do is light-commercial and small-commercial: slabs and footings for retail, office and warehouse buildings, metal-building foundations, dumpster pads and enclosures, equipment and HVAC pads, loading aprons, sidewalks and ADA ramps, bollard footings, and pumped grout for block walls. We work for general contractors, metal-building erectors, property owners and property managers across Ocala, Marion County and the fast-growing I-75 corridor down through Wildwood.
We're honest about scale. We run a trailer-mounted line pump, not a boom truck, and we're set up for pours in the tens of yards rather than the hundreds. That covers most of what gets built in this market, and for those jobs it means a contractor who answers the phone, shows up when he said he would, and finishes the work with the same crew that started it. If a project is genuinely beyond us, we'll tell you on the first call.
Every commercial job gets forms and reinforcement to the engineered plan, a compacted base, the mix the spec calls for, and finishes appropriate to the use, from hard-trowel warehouse floors to broom-finished sidewalks. We coordinate with your inspector and your other trades, and we clean up when we leave.

Do you work from engineered plans and specs?
Yes. Forms, reinforcement, mix design and finish follow the engineer's drawings and the project spec, and we coordinate with the inspector on every required inspection.
Can you pump on a commercial site?
Yes. Our line pump goes with us to commercial work and handles slabs, footings and block fill where the mixer truck can't get close enough. It's often the difference between a pour that happens on the scheduled day and one that doesn't.
